Dhruv is a senior offensive security leader with over a decade of experience delivering advanced adversarial attack simulations across financial services, fintech, healthcare, and critical infrastructure.

Currently serving as Cyber Resilience Director at Starling Bank, a leading UK neobank, Dhruv is responsible for strengthening the bank’s cyber resilience through threat-led red-team and purple-team programmes. His work focuses on validating real-world defensive capability, testing executive decision-making under pressure, and ensuring that security outcomes meaningfully reduce systemic and operational risk.

Alongside his industry role, Dhruv is the Founder of Stratex Labs, an offensive security consultancy focused on making advanced adversarial testing accessible, practical, and business-relevant. Stratex blends deep technical exploitation with sharp strategic thinking to help organisations move beyond compliance-driven testing and towards security that stands up to modern threat actors.

A regular international conference speaker and trainer, Dhruv is best known for talks that challenge traditional security assumptions, demonstrating how legitimate tools, services, and platforms can be abused to carry out high-impact attacks while remaining hidden in plain sight.
